Welcome to Inasl 2016

We are delighted to invite you to the 24th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Indian National Association for Study of the Liver (INASL), which will be held from 5th to 7th August 2016 at Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon, Delhi (NCR).

The 23rd Annual scientific meeting at New Delhi was a huge success and featured sessions of pediatric and surgical Hepatology in addition to the adult and transplant Hepatology. For this year, we have decided to implement two major improvements including the addition of free registration, accommodation and local travel for international delegates whose abstracts are accepted for presentation and the introduction of EASL-INASL Symposium { Best of EASL} on various burning issues in Hepatology.

  • The Scientific Committee invites authors to submit abstracts to be considered for inclusion in the Scientific Program. Abstracts can be submitted  [...]

The INASL Postgraduate Course reflects an emphasis on the individual student’s teaching to work independently, exploring a line of research or acquiring a new skill while supported by an outstanding academic community. Stalwarts in Hepatology will conduct the postgraduate course during the INASL meeting and will focus on training the fellows from various National and International institutes. This year the Postgraduate Course will focus on the complications of cirrhosis, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, viral hepatitis B and C and case based discussions.

SIG meetings connect members with common goals and interests, providing a platform to network and participate in knowledge and resource sharing amongst peers. These meetings also serve as resources for INASL to develop and promote specialty-specific programs and services. The participation in these meetings is voluntary and self-selected by INASL members based on their interest in research and clinical medicine.[...]
